I currenty have no way to create a RAS Connection by calling RasDial API and than tell connection Manager to use this connection for a specific Connection Path. The reason for this would be that i have to use RSA Secure ID Token as authentication information for VPN Connection for example.

Mar 27, 2018 · Type Services in Start search, open Services control panel. Scroll down to Remote Access Connection Manager to Stop and then Start the service, set to Automatic.
